So... I had a smooth time using martha.com. The site was easy to navigate, pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I was looking for. The search could use a little work though, since some of the results felt kind of random. Overall, it looks clean and works well enough for me. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve ordered from martha.com a couple of times now, the prices seem fair to me. Like, not the absolute cheapest I’ve ever seen, but not crazy marked up either, you know?

The shipping was fine too. Maybe a tiny bit high on one smaller order, but, um, at least they showed it clearly before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises.

Overall, I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars. I felt like I got good value for what I bought... I just wish they had a few more discounts here and there.

I hopped on martha.com to look up a few recipes and some home ideas, it was painless. The site is laid out in a way that makes sense, which I appreciate because I really do not have the patience to play detective just to find a dinner recipe or a decorating tip.

The only thing that bugged me a little was the search results. Some of them were kind of random, like okay, close but not exactly what I asked for, so I had to scroll past a few things. Not a disaster, but still mildly annoying. Overall though, it was easy to use and I’d probably go back.

The material is okay overall, not bad, but not as nice or thick as I was expecting. It feels decent to the touch, just a little thinner than I had in mind. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while my toast popped up, so maybe I was already mildly distracted, but my first thought was definitely that the fabric felt lighter than expected

I was expecting a bit more for the price. The website itself is nice and easy enough to browse, and the delivery was fine, but a lot of the items just didn’t feel special enough to justify what they cost. Maybe it’s just my personal taste, but I didn’t really feel like I was getting great value overall

When the package arrived, the box was already crushed, so I had a bad feeling before I even opened it. Sure enough, the item inside was cracked and had dirt on it. I can understand shipping bumps happening, but if it arrives broken and not clean, it’s not really usable. Definitely not okay.

The emails are useful overall, and I do like getting the important updates. That said, sometimes there are just too many of them, and a few feel kind of unnecessary.

Everything showed up exactly right, and I’m just happy with it overall.

I ordered from Martha Stewart and the package showed up sooner than I expected. The tracking was updating fine, which I always appreciate, and everything arrived in good shape. I think it was one day later than the original estimate, but not a big deal at all. The box wasn’t damaged or anything, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

Pretty frustrating experience. Everything I wanted seemed to be out of stock, and it felt like a waste of time checking back. I wish I had read the reviews first before getting my hopes up.

martha.com has a decent mix of stuff overall. I found most of what I needed, though a couple items were either out of stock or just not there, so I guess that’s on them. Still, it was easy enough to browse, and I’d probably shop there again

I picked up a set of Martha kitchen towels from martha.com, i’m bummed. After just two washes, the seams were already starting to come loose, and one of the towels has a hole in it now. For the price, that feels kind of ridiculous.
I wasn’t expecting these to last forever or anything, but I definitely didn’t think they’d be falling apart within the first month. They looked nice at first, but yeah, I won’t be ordering these again...

The payment process felt mostly safe, so I’ll give them that. But it’s kind of annoying that “mostly safe” is even the best I can say. I didn’t run into any major issues, but I wasn’t exactly feeling super confident the whole time either...

I had a billing issue and, to be fair, support did eventually get it sorted out. But it took way too many emails and several days of waiting, which was really frustrating. It felt like nobody bothered to read my first messages properly, and that’s just not how customers should be treated. Glad it was fixed in the end, but the whole experience left a bad taste.

I’ve used martha.com a handful of times when I’m stuck on what to make for dinner, and overall the recipes have been easy to follow. The steps are laid out in a way that makes sense, and the timing has usually been close enough that I don’t feel thrown off while cooking.

I’m taking off one star because some of the notes could be a little clearer, especially when it comes to substitutions. Still, it’s been a helpful site for me, and I’ll probably keep using it when I need simple dinner ideas.

I keep getting pulled in by the discounts on martha.com, but every time I actually try to use one, there’s some catch. It’s expired, or not eligible, or somehow doesn’t apply to the exact thing I’m buying. It’s frustrating because the promo is usually what got me to click in the first place, and then checkout just feels like a waste of time. I did pay full price once anyway, but I regretted it afterward. I like the idea of the deals, but if they rarely work, what’s the point? I probably won’t shop there again unless the discounts are actually real.

The design just feels kind of old-fashioned and cluttered to me. It’s not terrible or anything, but it’s a little messy to look at, not the prettiest setup. Maybe it just needs a cleaner layout or a refresh.

I know things can look a little different online, but this felt like more than that. i ended up feeling let down because it wasn’t at all what I thought I had ordered.

From what I’ve seen up to now, the site feels safe and reliable to me. I haven’t had any issues, so my impression is that it’s a place I can trust.
